Where are you located?

Our Corporate Office is located in Las Vegas, NV

Personal Curator Associates (consultations and sales) are available in Las Vegas, Los Angeles, New York and Berlin, Germany.

 

Where can I see the art in person?

Joshua Collection present their work in selective locations, We offer white-glove private art showing in the comfort of your home and office in Las Vegas, Los Angeles, New York and Berlin, Germany for selective clients. Please use the contact form for your private art showing.

What are the prints made of?

Our Premium Edition is printed on archival, ultra HD color depth photo paper, face mounted on 98% UV protected museum Acrylic with acrylic backing, Our Collection is also offered on Ultra Lux Metal Prints.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver internationally to most countries and cities, all artwork is custom created, insured and shipped via professional art delivery services and require your personal signature and inspection.

Due to Russian customs regulations, we are unable to ship to residential addresses within Russia. Shipments must be sent to a business address and imported through a business only.

Note: we may decline to ship to certain destinations, such as countries subject to embargoes, sanctions, war, disturbances, local regulations, or other restrictions.

 

Printing and Delivery time?

All artwork is custom printed to and inspected in the US by our master printers,

For US order please allow 4-6 weeks and Europe, Asia and Middle-East orders 6-8 weeks.

 

Do you offer open editions?

One of our foundation elements is our exclusivity, if you have it, only few others could enjoy this exclusivity, no other copies are available beyond the artist proof and artist limited edition.

 

Framing?

All of our prints are printed on Ultra HD photo and face and back mounted on acrylic and Ultra Lux Metal, giving a modern and cutting edge look that does not require a frame, if you choose to go with more traditional look, we have few framing options with or without white/black liner 

 

Where are collection produced? 

Our master printers are located in the Nevada // United States of America.

 

Is the art signed? 

Yes, each Artist Proof and / or Artist Limited Edition artwork features a digitally embedded hand signature and edition number at the front lower right side of the artwork.

 

How do I hang my artwork? 

All art work is shipped with the appropriate hanging equipment already attached to the back of the frame. A set of hangers and/or wall anchors are included in the shipping package as a curtesy,

We require a professional, experienced and insured professional to hang our artwork to avoid any damage in person, to property or to the artwork,

Joshua Collections is not responsible to personal injury and or property damage due to incorrect or improper installation.

 

How do I clean my artwork? 

Image Front Face / Surface

Extreme caution should be used whenever it is necessary to clean the surface of your Fine Art photograph. Per the manufacturer’s instructions, dust the picture glazing with a soft, damp cloth or chamois. Apply only light pressure, rinse with clean water, and dry by blotting the cloth. Dry or gritty cloths may cause surface scratches and create a static electric charge on the surface.

Do NOT use any window cleaning spray’s, kitchen scouring compounds, or solvents such as acetone, gasoline, alcohol or lacquer thinner to clean your image, as this may cause permanent damage to your image.

Frame Surface

Our frames are wood frames and have a protective wax finish that, when handled properly, should not require care other than periodic dusting. A soft, dry cloth may be used to remove spots or debris. Avoid the use of liquid and chemical cleaning products, as these will cause the protective finish to deteriorate over time.

A high-quality microfiber cloth may be used on our shine MOD Black frames. Apply only light pressure, rinse with clean water, and dry by blotting the cloth. We recommend using compressed or canned air to remove any surface dust that accumulates on the liner over time, making sure that no moisture is expelled from the can during the cleaning process.

 

Do you have a return policy? 

Artist Proof and Artist Limited edition are custom-made and as such, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.

 

What about duties and taxes? 

International collectors are responsible for all international fees, duties, customs, taxes and charges imposed following the purchase of the artwork. You will need to act quickly as customs doesn’t have a large window of time to process shipments. After a few weeks the images will either be sent back to us or become property of the government. If they are sent back there will be additional shipping and handling fees to have the artwork returned to you.

 

What happens if my package arrived damaged? 

it is your right and duty to inspect the art before signing for it,

If this package shows signs of damage, Please make 4-5 images or the package and accept delivery, making sure the delivery company note that the package was damaged and give you a copy, please contact us within 24 hours of acceptance. if detriment and approved by our company, you will get a replacement without any extra charge, after sending the damaged artwork back and on your own expense.

We are not responsible  for nay damage incurred during hanging or during any secondary transportation after initial delivery. For this reason, it is strongly recommended that each piece be carefully inspected upon receipt and prior singing delivery.

 

Can you ship to a PO box? 

No, We do not offer PO Box shipping.
